Peer Review Process

Peer Review is a process in which an author's work or ideas are reviewed for accuracy by others, who are experts in the field. Typically, this method of review is used for research-based publications along with manuscripts submitted for grants and research. The peer review process aims to ensure that authors meet the highest standard within their discipline.

So why does The Optimal Athlete use the peer review process when most other industry web sites and publications do not? We at The Optimal Athlete feel that a considerable amount of information found on the web and in common periodicals is contaminated with false and misleading content concerning the improvement of athletic performance. It is our goal to supply you with the most accurate, research-based information through this peer review process.
